Job Description

To coordinate with vendors & clients & ensure that work is done timely. Make trackers, reports for client interaction. Work on deadlines by client. Co-Ord with internal team & ensure timely delivery & with the design team for the design related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact.Understand clients' needs, objectives, and expectations.
• Account Management:Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products or services.Monitor key account metrics and address any issues or concerns.
• Client Communication:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.Ensure effective and clear communication between the organization and clients.
• Needs Assessment:Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' goals and identify opportunities for additional services or products.Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Project Coordination:Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects or services according to client specifications.Ensure that project timelines and deliverables align with client expectations.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling:Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of client engagement.
