Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive – Tour & Travel Executive. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, itinerary planning, and provide support throughout their journey to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to travel inquiries and bookings.
  • Assist customers in planning domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages.
  • Provide detailed information about travel destinations, transportation options, and travel regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and service providers for bookings and itinerary confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
  • Promote and upsell travel packages, add-on services, and travel insurance.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding changes in itineraries or services.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and regulatory changes.
