Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive – Tour & Travel Executive. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, itinerary planning, and provide support throughout their journey to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to travel inquiries and bookings.
- Assist customers in planning domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, transportation options, and travel regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and service providers for bookings and itinerary confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
- Promote and upsell travel packages, add-on services, and travel insurance.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding changes in itineraries or services.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and regulatory changes.
