Provide educational counseling to prospective students about various courses and programs offered by DIGI Crome Academy.

Understand the students' needs and provide guidance for the best career path.

Manage and maintain relationships with students and their parents throughout the enrollment process.

Convert leads into admissions through effective communication, follow-up calls, and student engagement.

Actively participate in seminars, webinars, and student events to promote educational services.

Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions and admission processes.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to increase enrollment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle student queries effectively and guide them in making career decisions.

Sales-oriented with a strong ability to meet targets.

Previous experience in education counseling or business development preferred but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
