Job responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • To run the Corporate Sales Business for the pan India that facilitate deep Client Relationships, sustain growth and higher profitability.
  • Own the Sales Targets.
  • Identify, Engage and Tie-up with Partners to grow the sales of the company’s products in the assigned territory.
  • Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Devising new and creative strategies to achieve Sales Targets.
  • Develop, maintain and improve relationships with Key Accounts and the Team Portfolio
  • Prepare the Business Reports in sync with Management ask and reporting frequency
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional and self-development.

Experience:

At least 6 years in sales with at least 2 years as Manager, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Experience in logistics startup environment is highly desirable.

Education:

Preferably with a master's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields is important.
