Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products/services over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
Present and promote company products/services effectively.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Qualification:
Any Degree.
Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
