We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the travel industry. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our travel services, engaging with potential customers, and providing them with comprehensive information about our travel packages. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists to get their requirements and share the customised packages.
Convert the Inquires to confirmed bookings.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences and provide detailed information about our travel packages and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and data collection during calls.
Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our travel packages.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: Prior experience in Travel Sales .
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging speaking style.
Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve high conversion rates.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and leads effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel and other Tools.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Positive Attitude: Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive outlook towards achieving goals.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and persistently follow up on leads.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and strategies.

Education: Graduate
Working Conditions:
Location: Based at our office; South Extension part 1 or Lajpat Nagar
Hours: Full-time position; flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
