Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in lead qualification, proposal preparation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and initial customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and discussions with prospective clients.
- Gather customer requirements and work with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, or business development support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create persuasive presentations and sales documents.
