Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our ERP software sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, tracking leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and technical teams. This role is crucial in helping the sales team stay organized and focused on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (technical, implementation, support).
