Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management skills. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies that align with company goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales.
  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Develop training programs and resources to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on collaboration and success.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and forecasting future sales.
  • Ensure accurate sales data entry and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Present regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance and strategic goals.
  1. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives and messaging.
  • Support product development and feedback cycles to meet customer demands and expectations.
  1. Market Expansion & New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and drive new leads.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate a sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM systems, and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real estate preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and closing large deals.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and budgeting.
