Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Telecaller to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to CIOs, CTOs, and other senior IT decision-makers to invite them to attend high-profile corporate events featuring industry leaders such as SAP, IBM, Microsoft, and Cisco. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in lead generation and appointment fixing with IT decision-makers of various organizations for corporate solutions like SAP ERP, TCS ERP, Salesforce apps, Cloud storage solutions, Red Hat managed services, Data center services, etc.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential attendees (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads) to invite them to corporate events.

  • Engage with prospects professionally and effectively communicate event details, benefits, and agenda.

  • Follow up via phone and email to ensure attendance confirmation.

  • Maintain and update the call database with accurate details.

  • Address queries and provide necessary information about the event.

  • Coordinate with the sales and event teams for seamless execution.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and report progress.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance event participation.

  • Conduct lead generation and appointment setting calls for IT decision-makers regarding corporate solutions such as SAP ERP, TCS ERP, Salesforce apps, Cloud storage solutions, Red Hat managed services, Data center services, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Experience in event invitation calling is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi/Regional Language).

  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives professionally and confidently.

  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic knowledge of IT and corporate events (Preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Ability to handle rejections and objections smartly.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.
