Refund Policy
1.Overview

Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency for all users of 1mCV. All job postings, subscriptions, resume database access, and premium services are billed in advance. Refunds are considered only in specific cases and remain at the sole discretion of 1mCV.

2.Eligible Cases for Refund
  • Duplicate or accidental payment for the same service.
  • Technical failure that prevents job posting or access to purchased services.
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges.

Refunds are not provided for low response to job postings, unused credits after expiry, or simple change-of-mind.

3.Refund Process
  1. Contact our support team via email with details of your transaction (Order ID, date, amount, and reason).
  2. Our team will review and verify your claim.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4.Important Notes
  • Refund approvals are discretionary and considered final.
  • Taxes and third‑party payment gateway charges may be non‑refundable.
  • Partial refunds for subscriptions may be prorated based on usage, where applicable.
