We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Functional Executive with 2–3 years of experience in ERP functional support, preferably in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP modules including Sales, Material Management, Manufacturing & Planning, and Financial Accounting. This role involves end-user support, ERP deployment, training, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP users across departments.
Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve functional problems effectively.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of ERP systems on client servers.
Offer training and guidance to end users to ensure proper ERP usage.
Document processes, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Log and track support tickets, maintain resolution records and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, IT, and operations.
Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of ERP updates or customizations.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Ensure accurate configuration and alignment of modules related to:
Sales
Material Management
Manufacturing & Production Planning
Financial Accounting
