We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day HR processes. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, payroll support, compliance, and HR systems to ensure smooth execution of organizational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and ensure timely processing.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.) and documentation.
Assist in drafting HR policies, processes, and ensure proper implementation.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee MIS.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors for insurance, background verification, and other HR services.
