Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Management
1. Oversee day-to-day plant and field operations to ensure smooth workflows.
2. Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and quality.
3. Coordinate between the plant, riders, studio, and customer service.
4. Manage supply chain, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Sales & Client Growth
1. Actively pursue and close B2B partnerships (hotels, salons, housing societies, corporates).
2. Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities.
3. Attend and represent Dho Daalo at events, exhibitions, and on-site activations.
4. Track sales data and customer trends to improve conversion.
Strategic Execution
1. Help build and execute monthly and quarterly growth plans.
2. Take ownership of performance metrics – revenue, costs, client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and local outreach strategies.
4. Troubleshoot customer or team issues and take proactive action.
Finance & Admin Oversight
1. Monitor cash collections, payouts, and daily accounts with support staff.
2. Coordinate reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
