Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in lead qualification, proposal preparation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and initial customer interactions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  3. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  4. Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and discussions with prospective clients.
  5. Gather customer requirements and work with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals.
  7. Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, or business development support.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to create persuasive presentations and sales documents.
