Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.

Sales Presentations: Present company products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating their benefits and value.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close sales, ensuring deals are beneficial for both the company and the client.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer Satisfaction: Provide post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
