Job Description

About the Role:    

. Conduct outbound calls to IT Heads/CXOs to invite them to events and webinars.

·      Provide comprehensive details about the events/webinars to ensure engagement.

·      Manage daily outreach of 130 to 150 records, achieving a minimum of 50 connected calls and 30 qualified interactions.

·      Send event invitations via email and follow up proactively for confirmation.

·      Maintain and update the database on CRM for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements: 

. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

·      Strong persuasive skills with the ability to convince attendees.

·      Effective organizational and time-management abilities.

·      Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

·      Prior experience in telemarketing (preferably in the event industry).
