We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven ERP Functional Executive to manage, support, and optimize our ERP system. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring ERP modules, providing end-user support, and ensuring smooth integration of business processes with the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related functional issues and user support.
Configure, test, and maintain ERP modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.).
Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support ERP system upgrades.
Train and guide end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
Analyze, validate, and ensure data accuracy across ERP modules.
Prepare functional documentation: SOPs, workflows, and process manuals.
Collaborate with the technical/development team for customization and system enhancements.
Generate ERP reports, dashboards, and MIS to support management decisions.
