About the Role:
Join the prestigious Hero Luxury Real Estate project team in Gurugram, where we aim to redefine luxury living. We are seeking a dynamic and highly presentable Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to represent our premium real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to promote and sell luxury real estate properties.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors to provide clients with the best guidance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Represent the company in a professional and sophisticated manner at all times.
Requirements
• Education: Graduation in any discipline.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience: 1–3 years in luxury real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Additional: Self-motivated, target-driven, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
